Penne with Cauliflower, Pine nuts, and Raisins


This one is really good. Its one of those that makes you feel proud you made it. I didn't have saffron on hand and it was great without it. Pine nuts may be expensive but it only calls for 1/4 cup.

Do they sell "white cooking wine" in the stores? I have loads of recipes that call for white wine, and I usually just substitute it with some kind of juice. Is there special cooking wine that is somehow different from regular wine? I'm thinking of doing this recipe this week.

yes, they sell white cooking wine. I believe its with the vinegars. Happy cooking!
